Terms of Use

Tellin is an online platform, available at https://apptellin.com, that lets you create interactive gift experiences — with photos, messages, music, a countdown, and games — gathered on a page reachable through a unique link. After you create the gift and confirm payment, we generate that link and make it available to you, and you decide when and with whom to share it. The content is hosted by us and shown to the recipient whenever the link is opened, subject to the availability period of the plan you purchased.

You are responsible for the content you upload and declare that you hold the necessary rights over the photos, texts, and media used. In particular, when adding photos of other people:

• You confirm that you have the consent of the people portrayed to use their images in the digital gift.
• You must not upload illegal or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
• You are responsible for keeping the generated link confidential, as it grants access to the content.

Tellin charges a one-time fee per gift created, according to the plan chosen at the time of purchase — Basic (R$ 14.90) or Premium (R$ 29.90). There is no subscription or recurring charge. Prices, taxes, and payment methods (card or Pix) are shown at checkout before confirmation.

• Right of withdrawal: because this is an online purchase, you may request cancellation and a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code), provided the gift link has not yet been shared with or accessed by the recipient.
• Once the gift has been shared or first accessed, the service is deemed rendered and the amount is no longer refundable, except for a technical failure on our part that prevents delivery.
• To request a refund, contact us through the form in the Contact section of our home page, providing the email used for the purchase.

How long the gift and media stay available depends on the plan purchased:

• Basic plan: gift available for 7 days from payment confirmation. After this period, the link stops working and the content may be removed.
• Premium plan: gift kept for an indefinite period, for as long as the service exists and the account remains active.

After the availability period, the content may be permanently removed from our servers, with no possibility of recovery. We recommend keeping copies of the original media.

You may request the deletion of a gift or of your data at any time through the form in the Contact section of our home page, and we will handle it within the legal timeframe. We may suspend or remove gifts that violate these Terms — in particular illegal or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of third parties — with notice to the creator whenever possible. Failure to comply with these Terms does not entitle you to a refund when the service has already been rendered.

We work to keep the platform available and running, but the service is provided as is and may be subject to interruptions for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. Features such as music playback rely on third-party services (for example, Spotify) and their availability may vary. We are not liable for misuse of the link by anyone who has access to it, nor for indirect damages arising from the temporary unavailability of the service.
